At Cowboy Pools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your backyard oasis. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns on unused, unassembled items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Pack with Care
Ensure all components, including the stock tank, liner, and pump accessories, are placed back in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
